How iConvene Works
  • Go Shopping! Find meeting services fast by filling in the form on the left side of the page. The services you will see are available for the date, time, attendee count, and location you entered.
  • Payment on new purchases: Each time you purchase new meeting services, you will pay a 50% deposit and will be automatically billed for the difference 72 hours before the event.
  • Changes: Between the time you purchase meeting services and 72 hours before your meeting, you will be able to modify your order so that you can adjust as your attendee count rises or falls.
  • Terms and Conditions: Each vendor has their own terms and conditions of sale which you can easily review during your shopping experience. You will be required to agree to these terms before you checkout.
  • Cancellations: Each vendor sets their own cancellation policy which you can easily view during your shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Whenever you purchase services through iConvene, your invoice will include the name and telephone number of each Vendor's Customer Service representative. Vendors will receive your contact information too. This allows you to call the vendor directly if you have questions or issues with your order. In addition, you can always call iConvene's customer service at 1-800-275-6338 (MEET).
